We provide experienced help desk personnel and systems for managing companies that use reverse logistics. We assign RMA numbers, and track the entire process, including receiving the returned product, sending out warranty replacements, or initiating refunds where appropriate. And of course, we provide detailed reports identifying all returns. Propeller, Inc. even helps identify products for liquidation.
